ASDA Supplier Association New Product Development (SANPD)
SANPD was a one year applied project conducted with ASDA and six of its leading private-label suppliers. SANPD was one of two concurrent projects undertaken between LERC and ASDA (the other being the On-Shelf Availability project). The aim of SANPD was to measure and then improve the performance of the ASDA NPD process.
